Victoria received her J.D from Creighton Law School in Omaha, Nebraska in 1981 and has extensive trial and litigation management experience, having handled a wide variety of high dollar, complex litigation in both state and federal courts. During her career she has served in increasingly important legal roles in several Fortune 500 companies:
Victoria has also served as an Administrative Hearing Officer for the Department of Revenue, State of Tennessee with responsibility for adjudicating a wide variety of state tax appeals. Victoria is licensed to practice law in Tennessee, Texas, Colorado and Nebraska. Victoria has practiced law in Tennessee for 10 years. Her office is located in Brentwood, and she appears in state court in all of the Middle Tennessee counties and in Federal District Court. She has a broad general practice with a focus on civil litigation, probate, business and commercial issues.

While a single parent raising two young sons, Victoria attended Creighton Law School in Omaha, Nebraska and earned her law degree in 1981. She was selected for Law Review, served as Associate Editor and her article, Eighth Circuit Survey, Insurance, appeared in Creighton Law Review, Vol. 13. During Law School, Victoria also competed in the Moot Court Competition and was selected for Moot Court Board. She has a B.S. Degree in Geology from Western Illinois University, and in keeping with this background wrote an article titled Direct Distribution of Natural Gas: A Regulatory and Legal Overview, published in the Colorado Lawyer, June 1985.

Victoria was raised in Quincy, Illinois and has been very active in her community and her profession in all the states where she has resided. After attending college in Macomb, Illinois, Victoria campaigned and was elected a County Commissioner for McDonough County, Illinois. While residing in Plano, Texas, she served on the Housing Authority Board, and after moving to Tennessee was appointed to the Metro Transit Authority Advisory Board, and has served on the Catholic Diocese Board of Middle Tennessee for four years. She has held various leadership positions in the legal community. She has served two terms as Chair of the Corporate Counsel Section, Tennessee Bar Association, has served three terms as Chair of the Lawyer Referral Service, Nashville Bar Association, and is a former Secretary of the Williamson County Bar Association. In addition, she is currently a Master in the John Marshall Inns of Court, Williamson County. Her professional affiliations include membership in the Williamson County Bar Association, the Nashville Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and the Nebraska Bar Association.

Victoria has raised two sons, Michael and Mark, as a single parent, of whom she is very proud. Michael received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and Mark from the University of Texas at Austin. Both sons have graduate degrees. Mark is in Operations Management with American International Group (AIG) at a processing center in Manila, Philippines, and Michael is a Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Army. Victoria is married to Frank J. Krueger who is Chief Financial Officer for the Rogers Group, Inc., with corporate offices located in Nashville.
